The Parochial Church Council (PCC)
The PCC works with the Rector and Church Wardens to support the work of St Peter's Church in Chailey. It currently has nine members, meets six times each year and reports to the annual meeting.
As well as taking responsibility for the financial affairs of the Church, the care and maintenance of the church fabric and goods and care of the churchyard, the PCC also discusses the form of services and matters of Church interest. Although business can be routine, debate can be lively and ideas are developed.
During 2011 the PCC developed a Safeguarding policy in relation to children & vulnerable adults. Details can be found by following this link.
